Asistan is an AI-powered opportunity platform designed to facilitate:

• Professional networking and career opportunities
• Financial services and transactions between verified members
• Trust-based relationship building through sponsorship systems
• Reputation and trust score management

2.2 Service Limitations

The Platform provides tools for connection and verification but does NOT:

• Guarantee employment, financial gains, or business success
• Verify all user-provided information beyond basic KYC checks
• Act as a financial institution, bank, or escrow service
• Insure any transactions between users
• Guarantee the accuracy of user profiles or credentials

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion.

4. Sponsorship System

4.1 Sponsorship Requirements

To become a verified member, users must secure three qualified sponsors who are existing verified members. Sponsors vouch for the character and trustworthiness of the applicant.

4.2 Sponsor Responsibilities

By sponsoring a member, you acknowledge that you know the person personally and vouch for their character. Sponsors may face reputation consequences if sponsored members engage in harmful behavior.

4.3 Sponsorship Limitations

Sponsors are not financially liable for the actions of those they sponsor, but may receive risk marks or reputation penalties if sponsored members violate platform rules.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Fraudulent behavior or misrepresentation of identity
• Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
• Illegal activities or solicitation
• Unauthorized access or interference with the platform
• Impersonation or creation of false identities
• Money laundering or financial fraud
• Spam, phishing, or malware distribution
• Circumventing security measures or platform restrictions

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform are owned by DataMesh Consulting Ltd. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. EMN IDs and the Asistan name and logo are trademarks of DataMesh Consulting Ltd.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Asistan is NOT a bank, financial institution, or escrow service. We do not hold or manage user funds directly, and we do not guarantee any financial transactions between users.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL DATAMESH CONSULTING LTD. OR ASISTAN BE LIABLE FOR: Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, personal injury, property damage, or emotional distress.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DataMesh Consulting Ltd., Asistan, its owners, operators, employees, affiliates, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
